PLACING AN ORDER

By placing your order, you agree to pay the stated price and that you are at least 18 years old. You will receive a confirmation email from us confirming receipt of your order and payment, and a further email once your item order been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled you can however return items by following our returns procedure.

We may refuse to accept an order as a result of one or more of the following.

• The product you ordered not being in stock.
• No authorisation for your payment.
• A pricing or product description error.
• You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in these terms.

PAYMENTS

All credit/debit card payments are subject to validation and authorisation by the card issuer. If your payment is not authorised, we will cancel your order or seek an alternative payment method. We cannot be held responsible for any delay in dispatching your order resulting from this.

Acceptable payment methods: PayPal

We do not store your card details on the website or in our customer database.

All reasonable care is taken to keep the details of your order and payment secure.

RETURNS POLICY

We are happy to accept items returned to us within 21 days of receipt of your order. We will refund your credit/debit card once the items are received and processed.

Any items returned outside this time frame may be considered at the discretion of McCartan Bros, and may only be refunded as a credit against a future purchase.

Items must be returned to us in the same condition as they were shipped. They must be in an unused and perfectly saleable condition. McCartan Bros reserves the right to refuse a return if the item has been worn and then returned for any reason other than faulty.

PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be notified by a website banner.

Your personal information is confidential and will not be shared or passed on to any other business or website. If you place an order on our site, we will ask for your billing and delivery addresses and telephone number to enable us to fulfil your order. We will also ask for your credit/debit card details or PayPal login details when you make a purchase. We do not store your credit card details in our database.

If you subscribe to our mailing list or create an account, we will collect your name and email address to add to our database. We use this subscription to gather details so we can provide you with up to date information on our products and services. Every time we contact you, we will provide an option for you to un-subscribe from our mailing list.

We may request additional information for competitions or specific newsletters.

DISCOUNTS:

Discount codes are only applicable on full priced items, some codes will require a minimum spend. During SALE discounts cannot be added on top of already discounted items.

PRICING

All product prices on our website include VAT where applicable, but do not include delivery charges. McCartan Bros currently offer free delivery on orders over £100 but reserve the right to alter this at any time – changes will be posted on the website and will be effective from the date posted.
