Placing an Order

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).

Returns & Refunds
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, you may do so within 21 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund:
Items must be unworn and unused.
Original tags must remain attached.
Items must be returned in their original condition.
Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Returns received outside the 21-day period may be accepted at the discretion of McCartan Bros and may be eligible for an exchange or store credit instead of a refund.
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
Wedding & Formal Hire
Wedding and formal hire bookings are subject to separate hire terms and conditions, which will be provided at the time of booking.
